The Grill Restaurant in Jersey benefits from a modern and stylish décor creating an atmosphere of elegance and luxury in which to enjoy excellent cuisine. We have developed a reputation both locally and with visitors to the island on serving fresh, locally caught seafood that is prepared in a careful and inventive way. Following the Hand Picked Hotels philosophy, our Executive Chef, James Whitesmith, aims to continue to push forward modern French-British Menus with a focus on fresh local produce lovingly prepared and served with charm.

The Grill is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
