What our Bride and Grooms say about us

We have had many weddings over the years in L'Horizon Hotel and Spa and our couples have given us such lovely feedback that we would now like to share some of these comments with you.

We must also thank you for such a fantastic wedding day. It was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. All our guests commented on how good the food was and when a couple of special requests were made i.e. someone wanted their main without gravy, the waiter was very polite and arranged for the main to be served to the particular guest as they requested without delay.

I particularly liked the small touch of serving myself and Matthew first, followed by the remainder of the top table and then our guests. This was such a nice little touch which I didn't expect and it really made us smile!

The room was set up beautifully with everyone in their correct places, the name cards all in place and the favour boxes and table plan were positioned perfectly.

We can't thank you enough for your hard work and will most definitely be recommending the L'Horizon as a reception venue to our friends & family (to those that are still unmarried that is!!).

I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of your staff for their excellent handling of all of the arrangements and the catering for my daughter's wedding.  When faced with last minute issues such as guests being delayed by volcanic ash your team demonstrated true professionalism and still made the wedding run smoothly.  Every part of the proceedings from moving the reception drinks to the outside terrace and then the superb food was greatly enjoyed by all who attended.
