This is an optional search that allows users to select a hotel based on leisure activities available at the hotel or nearby. Use this option along with travel dates to view available hotels.
The reservations panel allows users to search by region, a specific destination or hotel or to display all results. By selecting from these options and entering dates of travel and number of guests, users may view all Hand Picked Hotels. The search results will display available as well as non-available hotels. The best available rate will also be published.
Users are required to provide their preferred date of travel when making a search on the website.
Users are able to book up to 5 rooms in one booking and indicate the number of occupants for each room as well as provide names for the occupants of each room booked.
To book a room, users are required to provide the number of adults and children to occupy the booked accommodation. The option for children may be used for occupants of 12 years old or younger.
Note that the supply of rooms for families is limited and a multiple room booking may be a better option, in which case users may request adjoining or neighbouring rooms when making their booking.
Should your dates not be flexible and the searched for property is not available, we will show you a list of hotels we feel may suit your requirements being in a similar location to the original hotel requested.

Bookings for large groups such as conferences or weddings may benefit from specially agreed room rates for the dates of the event they are attending. In which case the hotel may issue a group ID to allow you to access and book these special rates online. The group ID may be available from your event organiser.
Companies who regularly book and stay at Hand Picked Hotels may take advantage of booking specially negotiated room rates online by using a corporate ID which may be arranged through the sales office of any Hand Picked Hotel.
